I wish I could upload videos to a Google review, purely because of the excitement my children had watching the special magic lamb cutlets being revealed. They were heavenly. All of our dishes were magnificent in flavour, and had beautiful & vibrant colours. Our toddlers are picky eaters, but never here! The butter chicken was a winner with the kids, super flavoursome!! I’ve been here many times & will continue to come back. It really is a hidden gem, nestled in the suburbs. A great family atmosphere, always terrific service and an abundance of space for large crowds.

Went for dinner service and was pleasantly surprised! Great customer service from owner. Food was authentic and they are able to accomodate your spiciness requests as well. The naans were super fresh and goat curry is a must have for all food lovers

I tried some beautiful curries here including butter chicken and goan prawn curry. The portions are generous and I loved the size of prawns they use in the curry they’re honestly so massive!? Perfectly paired with some cheese naan which I loved. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more!

Just had dinner here, surely one of the best Indian restaurants around Melbourne, food was amazing with authentic taste, staff was welcoming and friendly, great atmosphere will go back definitely

Great experience ,dining in Chimes!. We went on a late Saturday night. Started with a cocktail wich was really well made!.. very friendly staff... Menu... too many good options! Chef himself visited us at table and helped with selection and suggestions. Not sure if somehow he was reading our minds !!!! All the food from Entres to mains arrived in right time and was cooked to perfection! Tandoori Mushrooms, lamb cutlets and chicken tikka as entre were allllll so yummy! Meats were soft, juicy and melted in your mouth! Main we ordered butter chicken, I had them before either too thick, too dry, too watery! But this one was THE BEST BUTTER CHICKEN I ever had. Vibrant colour, juicy chicken and creamy!!!! Don't miss out... We also ordered another lamb dish by suggestion of the Chef himslef which was a new experience, but yummy!!.you could say all were fresh ingredients! And last meal, ICE CREAMS!!! It is obvious the Chef knows his business and stuff. We appreciated the fact that he engaged himself into our dining expereince and took it to the next level! He also invited us to complimentary shots of liquor as we were the last to leave!!!!! So Compliment to the Chef, Garuv, thanks for great Indian dining experience.keep up the good work! We will definitely come back with more people!!!! (They also do functions as buffet, and forgot to say music was really great!!!)

I came here with my family for dinner and we were very impressed. The food is both superb in quality and quantity, the service is incredibly hospitable and the staff are quick witted in multiple languages. I definitely recommend this restaurant, especially the goat curry.
